• EWET supports accredited Local Partnerships (LP) for them to initiate YES societies as an extra-mural activity in the schools within their area.
• The LP promotes YES amongst parents and teachers.
• Volunteers are recruited and selected as YES Advisors whom EWET trains.
• YES advisors promote YES at schools and invite students to apply for membership.
• The YES society is constituted, members initiated and the YES youth leadership is elected after canvassing.
• Societies untertake joint projects.
• The Pioneer, Champion and Entrepreneur teams work on gaining business competencies as assessed by Growth Panels that consist of Business People associated on the LP.
• The LP provides ongoing support to YES.
