The YES Project Office / YES Project Assistant

Established by each Local Partnership (LP), the purpose of the YES Project Office is to maintain contact between the LP members, the LP and their YES Society/ies and with the Education With Enterprise Trust (EWET).

The office needs to be made/kept accessible to members of the LP, delegates of YES Members (students) and YES Advisors (teachers) for about two hours per week.

NOTE: Existing capacity (secretary, work station and some storage space is usually made available for this purpose by local business, the local municipality, or the Department of Education.

The YES Project Office needs to be "staffed" by a YES Project Assistant (usually a LP member's secretary) who helps maintain the LP / Societies records, order supplies and services required by the LP and its societies and the financial administrative system.

For the sake of overall credibility, particularly with regard to grading, it is important that neither the YES Project Office provider nor the YES Programme Assistant are linked in any personal manner with any YES Member and/or YES Advisor.

FUNCTIONS OF YES PROJECT ASSISTANT:
